This beverage is essential to accompany your fall mornings. It is made with curcuma and almond milk, perfect for vegan people.

Start your day with a breakfast full of vitamins ! We have chosen to make the delicious version chia seeds by combining its with seasonal fruits and crunola. Perfect for complete breakfast or snack, this healthy treat has exceptional virtues. It is full of antioxidant and procures a daily energy dose. Enjoy our new recipe of  ‘Boost Porridge’ with super seeds and chocolate chips !

Vegetarian Platte :

Treat yourself with our new Vegetarian Plate. This detox salad can be enjoyed by Vegetarian people : autumn tabbouleh, goat cheese with walnuts, radish, carrot, lemmony mushrooms and assorted salad greens

Super Seeds Salad :

This original Super Seeds Salad by Le Pain Quotidien makes this dish a real autumnal specialty. Quinoa is mixed with paprika lentils and we add mushroom duxelles, honored this season. Hummus with curcuma, grenade and super seeds were added to make this delicious and warm recipe.

 

Goat Cheese Salad

Goat cheese toasts are seasoned with ginger and blackcurrant chutney for the sweet-and-sour touch. It is realised with seasonal ingredients such as apples, mushrooms. We added our organic granola and smoked bacon in this gourmet recipe.

 

Mushroom Tartine :

Our new Mushroom Tartine is perfect for vegetarian people. Its smooth and tasty flesh is put in a tender base of Mozzarella Di bufala. We added mushrooms for the soft touch.

Seasonal Fruits Tart :

To start the season, enjoy our plum tart. The recipe will vary according to the arrivals. You can eat it in slice in our restaurants or complete in take away !
